In Korea, chicken and beer is not a dish. It is a way of spending an evening — what people do on a night with a baseball game on, the day exams finish, the day a friend arrives in Seoul. Here you fry it yourself. Half plain, half sauced, tossed and brought straight to the table with a glass beside it. The difference from ordering in is simple: you hear it cooking. Come alone and you still get the whole chicken. Guests who come on their own finish it — we have watched it happen.

What’s included & who can join

About 60 minutes of cooking and 60 minutes to eat. Includes your own half-and-half chicken and one drink. Adults may choose beer or soda; minors receive a non-alcoholic soft drink. Ages 7+. Minors must join with a paying guardian. Hot-oil steps are handled by an adult guardian or the team under staff guidance.
